There Is Hope! Watch!

I just watched one of the most inspiring and hopeful movie trailers I have ever seen.

Millions of people are working to create a world that works for everyone. There is an unprecedented ground swell of activity towards peace, social justice, love, kindness, sustainability and innovation taking place.

I invite you to watch this…

THE SHIFT Movie shines an inspiring light on how humanity’s immune system is responding with Agents of Change from all over the planet focused on healing and birthing a healthier, more sustainable world for all of us.

It is vitally important that we change the story in the mainstream from fear and decay to vision and breakthrough. And it;’s happening! There is a massive shift building, not only in our consciousness, but in how we live. We’re reaching a critical mass of people who are taking a stand for a new way. We just need to recognize that we’re not alone and grow the movement, together.

Critically acclaimed producer/director Rochelle Marmorstein, is creating a new film that has magnetized incredible luminaries, leading edge thinkers, evolutionary futurists, cutting edge scientists, culture innovators, social entrepreneurs, digital artists and ordinary people doing extraordinary things. I think you’ll recognize many of their names and faces.

Help share this message of hope and possibility with the world. Click on the link below and help make it happen!

Abundance is Everywhere

I received an email last week about a new book coming out called “Abundance: The Future is Better Than You Think” and I had to have it! While I’m waiting for my copy to arrive, I’ve been doing some research about the book’s authors, Dr. Peter Diamandis and Steven Kotler.

cover-NYTimes-3d-500Dr. Peter Diamandis is the Chairman and CEO of the X PRIZE Foundation, which leads the world in designing and launching large incentive prizes to drive radical breakthroughs for the benefit of humanity. He is also an international leader in the commercial space arena; the Founder and Chairman of  Singularity University, a Silicon Valley based institution partnered with NASA, Google, Autodesk and Nokia; and an MIT and Harvard Medical School graduate degreed in molecular genetics, aerospace engineering, as well an M.D.

Steven Kotler is a bestselling author and an award-winning journalist. His articles have appeared in over 60 publications, including: New York Times Magazine,WiredDiscoverPopular Science,OutsideGQ, and National Geographic. He writes “The Playing Field,” a blog about the science of sport and culture for PsychologyToday.com. He is also the co-founder and director of research at the Flow Genome Project.

So inspired by the message of the book, I also watched Dr. Diamandis’ TED Talk. Watch it if you have time, as it puts a new perspective on things. We are living in an age where science and technology are making it possible for more voices to be heard, educated, and connected. It’s a beautiful thing!
